Dolores and Nimkik met us as we arrived and greeted us by name and set the tone for a 4 night stay. Their service, friendliness, and breakfast cooking make the place. Dolores went out of her way to recommend local places to eat, visit and helped us organise transport locally and for the rest of our trip around SriLanka with her contacts. The hotel is directly on the beach just like the photos, the site looks like it is under development but doesn't effect the stay at all as it has been this way for years. We loved the easy access to Hiriketyia which is only a few minutes by tuk tuk. Supermarket and a variety of eating options all in walking distance.

It has such a unique location right by a beachfront - and within 10 meters from the room you’re at something that feels like a private beach. It was so empty, relaxed and pure zen. The room was nice, bathroom decent and felt clean. The property when you arrive is kind of deceiving, because it just looks like an empty property with a lot of potential. I do however think they’re planning on building there, so I’m assuming it’s a work in progress. The location was everything for me and made my experience there 10/10. The lady working there was also sweet. We spent two nights here and wanted to extend with another - but they were fully booked unfortunately.

Great location right on the beach. Easy walk either way to good swimming spots
