Nice room with balcony and view.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good. No problem at all with check in and check out.
Lovely location with well cleaned rooms and spacious washroom and toilet and very responsive host. Beautiful View of sea from Balcony and Super speed internet. Also can order food from them and it’s good . Also arranged a free parking thank you for that.
Room size was good.
1 minute from beach across the railway tracks.

Very nice hotel , worth for money and staff are very nice and flexible, you can ask anything you wish they will try to do their best! There are only 6 rooms available! Otherwise one of the best places in Colombo !
