The location is very good. The family that runs the place is very nice and always willing to help. The rooms are excellent, and the view from the balcony is charming. If you are passing through Kandy or want to stay there for a while, I highly recommend this place.
The best is view and internet. They have a balcony in each of 3 rooms. There is a place outside the rooms to dry your clothes. There is a shortcut to reach the main road by stairs (273 steps) - take as landmark to find those steps a Delight Bakers Peradeniya. The kitchen on the floor above - fridge, microwave, oven, dishes and pans. There are dogs which live in the house so you can take your private entrance through kitchen - There is a green door. AC in the room, no mosquito nets. Monkeys live nearby but not aggressive, but better to keep the balcony door closed when you are away. Overall, place is great, especially the view
