Amazing staff that is ready to help with a smile. Wonderful pool to lounge to swim. A dedicated kids pool is big as well. Food has great variety in the buffet. Very spacious layout with a feeling of bliss. Nice touch with the evening cocktail party - thoroughly enjoyed the arrack passion cocktail.
booking.com listed early check in/late check out on Availability. Mr Feros (Reception) on hearing that we had a late flight out and immediately contacted Mr De Silva (front office Manager) to offer us a late check out for all 3 rooms . They were true to what they advertise. .. Not a Gimmick ! I was impressed by the warm and friendly services of the staff. The fruit platter on arrival was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and clean.
