Located in Mirissa South, Open Space is 52 mi from Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport. Each villa offers sea and garden views. Seating and dining areas and a kitchen with stove, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator are included. Villa also comes with a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player. Surfboard rentals and surfing lessons can be arranged with the property. Guests can relax on hammocks and sunbeds.

Superb location. Right on Weligama beach. It’s a small bungalow with 2 separate apartments on each floor. We stayed on the first floor apartment which has 2 separate bed rooms and one bathroom. They have direct beach access and it’s a serene beach with no one around. Like a private beach. Surfing facilities are available. Janaka the owner of the property himself is a trainer. 7 minutes tuktuk ride to Mirissa public beach. Couple of good restaurant a few minutes walk on the beach. Janaka is a superb host always available and able to organise anything including taxis sightseeing food etc.
Great location right on the beach. And the Owner so was kind - we really enjoyed our stay :)
A very high standard villa Everything is clean and tidy Service at a very high level good people House a short distance from the beach, great fun. Recommended for everyone who likes quiet sea and sky come.
Beautiful private garden and beach area. A perfect spot to relax, surf and let the sound of the waves rock you to sleep.
