Very friendlycustomer service, pleasent place to stay
Yes. I stayed 1 day in there such a wonderful place to visit. Their workers are very kindly and friendly also their food is pretty good. Room is very clean . You should go in there also you can get good experience.
Nice and tidy . Love the swimming pool and access from the room .
The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The security staff, cleaning staff and reception staff all were kind. Especially reception staff Mr Jenit accommodated all my family's ad hoc requests without hesitation and delay.
A very convenient place to cover the whole of Jaffna if you are planning to cover all parts of Jaffna. Few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommend.
We recently stayed at the PJ Hotel for three days and had an excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. While we didn't get a chance to try the hotel's food, as Jaffna has some fantastic restaurants that we chose to explore, we are definitely looking forward to trying the hotel’s cuisine next time. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional service.
