A carefully crafted holiday complex with immense aesthetics incorporated alongside all the comforts including plunge pools where we enjoyed our chilled beer. The entire place including the villa room we occupied had very clean white linen. The meals & staff were excellent in every way. Look forward to another stay if & when we decide Sri Lanka must be explored yet again

Wow. What a find & an absolute marvel of an eco friendly complex carefully crafted to blend with the jungle it sits. Fabulous meals & virtual four star comforts in an adventurous location. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Everything about this place was amazing and unique. The hospitality was absolutely incredible. Kuma was an amazing host and took care of every detail.

The place exceeded our expectations as a place, very remote and beautiful. We wish we had stayed longer as can really feel and hear the nature around hearing the elephants. Take beautiful walks and it’s just great. They helped booked a safari for us which was amazing however make sure you arrive in plenty of time as we were late due to the last mile of the road towards the hotel and keep 2000 rupees for the Tuktuk if going on safari. A tip if driving, don’t follow Google maps directly the locals take the second turning when driving to the hotel on the dirt road, which looks longer but is way better. Or contact the hotel before you arrive. Has fridge, kettle coffee etc and mosquito net over all windows which is great. The free cold filtered water was a nice touch. Nice to see glass bottles also being used as normally plastic in Sri Lanka. The food was also great

You are completely surrounded by nature. You are amazingly taken care of. They picked us up, they arranged a safari for us, they offered a great vegan alternative (definitely recommend asking for it, as it is more local food). The pool is so relaxing and refreshing.
