We experienced a lot of marvellous things staying at your hotel which has a panoramic view of sea. Actually stay at Samudra beach hotel brings us a blended feeling of having both bluish and greenish scenic view.We had a great and an unforgettable time at your place. Best team of people at Samudra! Kavindu is the manager, he and the rest of his team were the friendliest, genuine people and went out of their way to make us feel welcome during our stay. Kavindu helped to organise our bird watching tour of Kalametiya, and Udawalawe safari. Ajith served delicious food. Wonderful views to the harbour, sea beyond and safe little beach where you can swim. Our room was really nice. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. Some nice little local beach bars/restaurants too if you walk outside the hotel. We were sorry to leave the friendly team there, they made our stay amazing and we will miss them. Would 10/10 recommend for a laid back, peaceful trip outside the bustle of Tangalle. Thank you Team Samudra Beach. Sally, Kyle and Issy
Entire crew led by Kavindu were exceptional with their level of service, attention and going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
The location is fantastic. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the bay. The balcony was large and personal. The bathroom was spacious. The minibar was large, and A/C and hot water worked perfectly. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The receptionist/manager was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Other staff was also friendly.
