Lovely quirky guesthouse, Heidi is an excellent host
Interesting decor created by the owner. Very un. Very warm welcome and nice breakfast. Big room. Enjoyed it.
Heidi and her team were amazing hosts! They helped us a lot with fantastic recommendations, booking transports and take away meals. We also loved the room, all the decorative work put on the full house and the bed was our cosiest bed in Sri Lanka, warm and fluffy. We definitely loved it!
This is the most authentic and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever visited. Heidi painted all the rooms herself and I just love it. Even the ceilings are beautiful.
Heidi and her niece did everything to make us feel at home. The breakfast is very nice as well, every day something else.
The hotel is in a nice and quiet part of town near the lake, a tuktuk will bring you to the centre in 10 minutes or less.
Combined with the Indian and Thai food of the Grand Hotel and a tour of a tea factory this made our trip to Nuwara Eliya a perfect holiday.
