Rooms were very comfortable. Also the Owner is very friendly & helpful. The location also perfect ,its near to the town area. Resturants,Super markets also nearby. Recommended for stays.

Nice room with AC and ceiling fan. Helpful and Friendly owner (even gave us a lift). Walking distance to the lake and Supermarkets. Extra hand towel. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Beautiful garden.

I had a great stay at Seven Rich Villa. The room, bed, and washroom were all very clean, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. A special thanks to Ashan. he was incredibly friendly and helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable during my stay. His hospitality made all the difference! Shops and places to eat are walking distance.

Hospitality and the cleanliness were exceptional. Not just met our expectation it was way beyond that. He was very kind and allowed us to get involve with our religious event while he's taking care of the rest such as preparing our dinner ( to our liking), organizing the bits and pieces that we need for our prayers, arranging our afternoon tea as requested (on time). Of course we paid the price for that but it was more than the price we paid for.

I had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth.Very close to Anuradhapura ancient city. For the price, it exceeded my expectations.
