10/10 best home stay. They treated us like family, cooked for us and showed us how to cook Sri Lankan dishes! So friendly and kind honestly couldn’t have had a better time with this family. Thank you so much!!

Arriving in the dark with our rented car was a bit more challenging, but the owner guided us to it and was very helpful afterwards. The accommodation met our expectations and the price/performance ratio was very good in this case. In the morning there was a very nice view of the surrounding landscape and Sigiriya itself. The owner tried to recommend other activities in the area, but we didn't have time for that.

Truly one of the most beautiful free places I have ever seen. Hospitality is top notch. The whole family including Host is very kind. We were treated well. The food was delicious. The birds singing in the morning brightened our day. The room is very clean..They also arranged a boat ride for us.It was really a great experience for us. Gayani homestay is a complete place for those who are looking for freedom.Thank you.

Very clean. Amazing view of lions rocks. Just 10min walk for the restaurants and shops. 20mins walk to lions rock.
