If you are looking for nice and cozy place this is the spot
It’s not in the main area but worth it
Extremely cool villa! Thushan (owner of the villa) was very welcoming and nice. We arrived extremely late in the evening and he was waiting for us. He showed everything in the villa, described all the facilities.
Complementary welcome amenities were amazing: bottles of water, pack of milk, dozen eggs, butter, jam, fruits, napkins in each room. Every morning he arrived to welcome us with fresh coconuts.
Kitchen well equipped, everything needed for stay! WiFi worked excellent. Very cozy bedroom. Bathroom very spacious and clean. Has parking a lot inside the territory of the villa. Small garden inside. In the villa there are 2 separate apartments on different floors. Neighbours were not bothering us. Very close to the beach side 10-15 min walk to cafes, beaches, markets. Not very far from city center of Unawatuna.
I spent my last six nights in Sri Lanka staying at the Spice House Apartments and overall it was my favorite stay! From the facilities, to the location (given I rented a scooter), to the host, everything was exceptional! Thusan went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Highly recommend this property if you're looking to check out, relax, and explore Unawatuna/surrounding areas!
Loved this cozy villa in Unwatuna. We spent a night here and had a great time. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We loved the atmosphere and the good energy. The interior was lovely too.
Тихое, уютное место. Аккуратный, чистый дом. Весь первый этаж был только наш. Кондиционер работает). Соседи не беспокоили . Очень доброжелательный хозяин. Крайне пунктуальный. Организовал такси с аэропорта и обратно. Заранее попросили арендовать скутер, он уже ждал нас во дворе. Все необходимое в доме было. Плита, холодильник, стиральная машина, посуда и тд. Кто едет в первый раз, не стоит ожидать европейского уровня. Мы уже были третий раз в этой стране, поэтому есть с чем сравнить.
