Beautiful and clean property. Felt like home. The family welcomed me into their home and treated me so kindly. Truly one of the nicest places I stayed in Sri Lanka, wish I booked more nights.
Perfect location! Very spacious and clean room with great wifi. Host and staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious!
We had great hosts (Upul and Ranshika) here, and with their gift of gab, it didn't take long to check in and grab the wonderful adventures on the safari tour, and the food was delightful, especially the koththu dish, which is a must try.
I appreciate Sunbird adding the accessories that were required, especially the ceiling-mounted bed round mosquito net.
They have provided everything that means most to you, and the minimalist feel will make you feel relaxed and ready to wind down.
The room was spotless and cozy.
I'm touched by their generosity and feel overwhelmed by their hospitality.

Best place to stay in Udawalawe. New private bungalows with modern amenities including great WiFi, Comfy beds, great AC, and unbelievable hospitality. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm in Udawalawe. Highly recommended 🙂🙂
The best staff and stay we could have hoped for! Upul and his sister were wonderful.
They arranged the safari in Udawalawe park with the best guy! Super fun and felt so safe. They fixed delicious dinner and breakfast aswell. Cleaning was great. 10/10 ⭐️
