8- If you are foreigner and used to expensive 5 star hotels you are going to find some stuff due to humidity wall stickers not sticking or walls little bit cracked. Location/humidity is making it harder for the hotel be 100 out of 100. But if you are logical with the money per night and location and A/C this is the best hotel on the beach in Mirisa.
Right on the beach so location was excellent. Lovely balcony with excellent views of the bay. Kettle available for hot drinks and there was hot water in washroom. Overall I'd recommend a stay.

What I like about this hotel was the great view overlooking the ocean .It's very quiet all around and in a walking distance from famous coconut Tree Hill and Parrot Rock.Owner is very hospitable and friendly
