Really had a great time at this luxurious apartment and one of the best stays ever. very clean, new and spacious living room, kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. Specially the kitchen is well equipped. Every thing we wanted was there. The caretaker was also very supportive and kind. So satisfied with the time spent and Highly recommended.

The property is luxuriously presented and displays exceptional attention to detail. Cooking appliances, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning in each bedroom and secure parking, all combine to deliver a comfortable short or long term stay. A small corner store stocks bread, fruit, water and other small items, while mobile street vendors allow fresh purchases right at your door. A back-up generator kept the house running efficiently during recent power cuts. Anees is the property manager and is committed to ensuring residents are completely happy and enjoy their stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Five Residences.

Современная новая вилла. Расположена в хорошем безопасном районе. Есть крохотный садик. Около дома есть маленький магазинчик. В 3-х минутах ходьбы отличный магазин со свежими овощами и фруктами. Большие супермаркеты находятся вдоль главной улицы. До ближайшего пляжа Bonavista Beach (серф-пляж) 5 минут на тук-туке (1$). До форта Гале и пляжа Unawatuna 10 минут (2$). Тук-туки и машины очень удобно вызывать в приложении (и цена дешевле чем если будете ловить такси у дороги). Очень хорошая вилла со всем необходимым. Удобные кровати, отличное постельное белье. Очень приветливый хозяин. По любому вопросу можно связаться с ним в WhatsApp. В скором времени должны достроить еще несколько вилл в этом месте. Рекомендую.
