because i live in the desert and the floral is limited, i really enjoyed that garden aspect of it. i enjoyed the trees, the river, and even the monkeys in the trees. the breakfast was a local breakfast. i thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the bread. the staff was so warm and welcoming. she even ironed my dress for me. the room was spacious and inviting. the inn is also in a walkable area. i walked to the beach and a local restaurant.
The host is amazing, kind and always available and helpful with everything we needed or asked.

The inn’s location is perfect for anyone that is looking for a quiet place, not in the center of the town, but in a walking distance from the beach (5 minutes) and the center (10 minutes).

Clean and had all the basic amenities. Price to value was great.
After staying at a few hotels in Sri Lanka, this is definitely our favorite one. The owners are the friendliest people, they went above and beyond to help us with different requests and make our stay feel like home. The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed including strong AC and a safe box. The hotel also has a shared kitchen where we were able to heat up leftovers. Cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be coming back!
