Beautiful colonial mansion updated with modern fittings. Super comfy bed. Quality linens and towels. Bathrobe and slippers were a nice addition. Fantastic location. Outstanding restaurant. Some of the best food (breakfast and dinner) we had in Sri Lanka. Responsive staff.

This is an old villa converted into a boutique hotel with massive rooms. We loved it. Staff was super helpful and kind. It's fairly close to a lot of places we wanted to go in Colombo. For the money we paid, it was probably our best stay in Sri Lanka.
Was my second time staying at this property. Staff are helpful. Location is great - very close to city Centre mall and walking distance to many eateries. There is an excellent selection of breakfast for those staying at the property.
Uga has just got it all right. A small perfectly run boutique hotel, a great pool, great food, huge rooms, and amazing staff. Every single thing was on point, looking forward to staying with them again soon.
