Awesome place clean and tidy. It is recommended. property manager was so friendly.
Nice and clean apartment , worth to the price , there were 3 comfortable beds with seperated rooms, there was a fully equipped kitchen , washing machine , refrigerator also. Hospitality is wonderfull. Special thanks to the guy who helped us during our stay.
Single story house with a short commute to the town. clean & spacious. Kitchen was equipped with utensils though we didn't cook any.
Really great stay if you are looking for your own apartment to stay in Matara. It's a great size and has everything you need with the bus stop very close and a supermarket just around the corner. Nuwan is a total legend. He was so kind and helpful with anything you needed. He also has a shop just beside the apartment if you need some extra snacks. I liked the location. It seemed very local and it was a really nice walk 30 minute to mahida beach early morning. I got buses the other days to the surrounding areas. Make sure to visit Parewi Duwa Temple, it's beautiful!
