It all depends on what you’re looking for, but I had a very nice stay here. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, as was the bathroom. The owner is one of the nicest people I've met; the beach isn't touristy and more of a fishing village area, but it's so authentic! The location is also excellent, with a 10-minute walk to the lighthouse and the city center or temple.

I have never met a nicer person than the host. Everything in the house is fine new, including the kitchen, air conditioning, and attached bath. The view from upstairs is spectacular. We had the entire villa for our stay. Then no one would have to disrupt our stay. that we wanted to stay. very quiet place. love it.

We loved everything about this place. very quiet and exceptionally clean. We had kitchen facilities as well. The air conditioning is working very well. We usually travel with a slightly smaller budget, and it was worth every cent. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach, and the top-floor view is amazing.

you have a full Villa for your stay...for a very nice price -kitchen with tea and other items -space for minimum 6 people -tv in front of every bed -absolute beautiful view to the beach and sea from the upper stage ( best room ) -all AC and fan -car driving 5 to 10 minutes to Matara City (much or less traffic) -super friendly owner open for every wish

замечательный хозяин, всегда на связи и готовый оказать помощь в любых вопросах, очень быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы, очень радушный, внимательный и пунктуальный (что редкость), самый лучший приём на острове. в доме 3 спальни (все с новыми кондиционерами и прилегающими ванными комнатами), 2 спальни на 1 этаже (одна без окна, одна с окном во двор), 1 спальня на 2 этаже (вид на океан), маленькая кухня, гостиная, столовая (с вентилятором), для непритязательных туристов есть всё, приятный бонус - есть стиральная машинка. через дорогу - океан, обезьяны (на заборе во дворе) и павлины, поблизости (в деревне) есть маяк и храм с живым слоном, до Матары не более 10 мин езды.
