Yala Elephant Cottage is a hidden gem near the heart of Yala National Park. The staffs were amazing, friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived to our departure. The chef was incredible, creating so many delicious dishes for all the guest each day. We highly recommend staying in and enjoying a meal cooked by this well trained chief. The food is very affordable and the staff were kind enough to set up a table next to lake. The rooms are comfortable and I highly appreciated the mosquito net bed.

Beautiful set up on the lake, clean, good AC and facilities, good food, the mosquito nets are on wide bed posts making them more comfortable Nice friendly staff without being pushy or intrusive

Location right on Yoda lake! The swimming pool was spotless clean all the time! Rooms are private in true sense! No photo scam, they provide what they show. Amazing relaxing stay! I did book it for my girlfriend's birthday, they helped me decorating the room and gave complementary cake! Thank you Gurry! We booked safari uaing official website of Yala NP prior to the arrival but after reaching the property got to know their rates are also same!

A very good place to stay near Yala. The rooms were clean. The staff is very friendly. Dinner is very delicious. A very valuable safari was organized for us.

A nice clean room to stay in, in between the Safaris. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the beautiful view of the lake because we got home quite late from Bundala and we left before the parks opened as we had Yala booked the next day. They arranged a breakfast for us to take to the park. The prices were unbeatable, especially with the discount I get on booking.
