Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, and full-day security, along with free Wifi throughout the property. Charming place and owners. The lake offers a lovely vista and ambience. The owners themselves were very attentive without becoming overbearing. They let us use the canoe, showed us how to collect fishing nets from the lake and made one of the best meals we had during our trip. We also booked a safari with the owner, that we can definitely recommend. He was very respectful of the animals and kept away from larger crowds. Overall a great experience.
This is a very romantic place on the lake side. The owner built a pontoon on the lake and you can have dinner there. It is very nice and quiet. The lady cooked very good beakfast and dinner and her husband drives a safary jeep so we had a full day safari in Udawalawe National Park. Amazing experience!!! Go there!

Great food, amazing view, clean and comfortable bed in a nice room with balcony, how shower with soap and toilet paper, everything you need to feel home, worthless experience

Beautiful location right at the lake. Ideally for swimming, kayaking, chilling, ... A real little paradise. Very friendly and helpful host family. And delicious food! Breakfast and dinner on the little boat/ponton, surrounded by the lake, jungle, birds singing, .. . Spectacular!!! We also adivice the seven hour safari tour with the host. He has a big knowledge about the wildlife and knows the best spots to spot elephants, crocodiles, monkeys, peacocks, birds, .... Next time we will definitively stay longer to be able to relax and chill next to, in and on the lake! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!! Stuti
