The staff at Golden Rest were very kind and helpful. We stayed here the night before taking off on the Quilotoa Loop. They took care to answer our questions and provide guidance for our trek. They were also kind enough to store our unneeded luggage while we were on our adventure.
Awesome location; beautiful common area with billiards table and sofas; restaurant was accommodating to our very early breakfast needs and opened early for us.
Everything.. location, free coffee and snack, hot water, spacious room with locker and comfy bed, cheerful staff
Breakfast, location, clean, you can leave your bags for a couple of days at the hostel if needed
