This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located on the beach. The rooms and all the common areas were meticulously kept. We were extremely comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was tasty and I appreciated having coffee available all day. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful in providing bike rental recommendations. We used the pool and the sun terrace while there in addition to the gorgeous beach right outside. Highly recommended staying here while visiting Puerto Villamil and Isabela island.
We had a spacious ocean view room with a lovely view of the beach, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool area was beautifully landscaped, clean, and a nice temperature. The rooftop terrace had beautiful views.
Daniel at the front desk was especially helpful. I had a problem with an excursion I booked on Isabela Island. He contacted the travel agency on Puerto Ayora and worked out the problem for me. I couldn't have done it on my own. It was a complicated problem and he was very patient and cheerful in helping me out. Thank you Daniel, you were a life saver.
