Wonderful clean and spacious rooms. Lovely staff, so helpful and kind.
The bed is excellent, not too soft. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the best restaurants at the Charles Darwin Av. I recommend this hotel.
I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who visits St Cruz Island. It’s very clean comfortable suite,you have everything you needed here. It’s like home. Owner helps you whenever you need.help us to contact our tour guide fixed meeting point , call taxi to airport etc. thanks to all staff members of Hotel Galapagos Suites, we had wonderful time here!
The accommodations exceed all expectations as do the staff. Immaculate, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very quiet with many small touches that make for an excellent stay. Fabulous breakfasts, Ample electrical plugs well-situated, hooks in the bathroom, great water pressure, hot water, hammock and drying rack on private deck. Don’t consider staying anywhere else. It’s a 3-5 minute walk into the center of town, so you are in a central location without the noise. Helpful, warm, communicative and genuine. Joceline can also help you get set up with excellent guides for excursions.
Loved Galápagos Suites. The room was bright, large and spotlessly clean. Every detail in the room has been thoroughly addressed and worked perfectly. This was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in, both the room and common areas. Breakfast was very good. During our stay, the owner was away and her wonderful sister did an amazing job of operating the hotel.
