Cleanness, location, breakfast, the hotel staff were very friendly and dedicated to make my stay very comfortable, they provide shuttle to the airport
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Klever picked us up at the airport and drove us to a meeting point for an excursion, and drove us back to the airport.
Location is a couple blocks from Plaza Grande and the Iglesia de Compania de Jesus.
Breakfast was good too - fresh fruit, eggs, bread, coffee.
Staff manager was exceptionally helpful to assist in retrieving a missing phone. Enjoyed breakfast
The location of the hotel is perfect. You are in the middle of the city. Breakfast was good enough. You got bread, your choice of egg, coffee, juice etc.
Staff were always there to help you, and they are so welcoming. If I go back to Quito, I ll prefer this hotel with no doubt.
