The firm bed, the spacious bedroom, the help in getting safe transportation from airport. Very friendlt and helpful customer service which was so important to us as newcomers to Ecuador and Guayaquil.
The BEST tourist budget hotel i have ever stayed in. Large room, very clean, Nice kitchen, nice little terrace. Perfectly located for an overnight after the airport.
The staff was very friendly and also accommodating. They went out of their way to order a taxi for us to stay and leave. Thank you!

- There's a large mall nearby ("Del sol"), and they have lots of options for food and shopping
- Hot water, AC, etc, room had all things needed, as well as it was clean
