Hotel staff were wonderful. The room was clean and tidy. Very big room. Beds were comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and professional, and they listened to my every request with a smile. Breakfast was delicious every day! Love the scrambled eggs! All the rooms use cards and smart locks, which is a plus. My room was comfortable, and it had all the directions needed on the back of the door.
The area the hostel is located in is very close to La Carolina Park, 4 blocks away from the Metro station "La Pradera", and there are tons of facilities you can use within walking distance.

We arrived a little later than we thought. The gentleman who greeted us was very polite, nice, and accommodating .
The staff were very helpful and the breakfast even had brown bread. Great coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.
