The hotel is centrally located with a tram stop right on the hotel’s doorstep. The hotel is comfortable with a nice breakfast.

Location is really good for transport and main touristic planes in Cuenca
Location was great. Central to everything. Easy walking to various market squares.
Staff was always helpful and accommodating. I asked for hot water for tea in the evening and the staff saw to it we got a pot of hot water. Breakfast was good each morning. The hotel is a hidden quiet gem in our opinion. It was most comfortable.
Excellent hotel! the staff were helpful, pleasant and committed to making our stay comfortable. It is an older building but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were very impressed especially considering the price per night of $40, The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the wifi. It was slow and at times was not operational.
