The manager was capable and helpful. She set us up with a customized, half-day taxi ride to the highlands. There is a modern, inexpensive cafe across the street. Hot water in an immaculate bathroom. They willingly stored our luggage.

I adored the mother and daughter who keep this hotel running. They were helpful and had a wealth of knowledge about things to do in the area. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone interested in a more extended stay in Santa Cruz. I applaud them for their patience as I tried to navigate Spanish.

Nice spacious apartments, very clean & well equipped with everything you need, close to the restaurants, port, beaches, everything within walking distance. Lovely owners Amanda & Hose help you with everything. Delicious breakfast, they also provide airport services. I’ll strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is great- we liked being in this part of town. Best coffee across the street, vegan food nearby, easy walk to the center of town, close to dive shop we used (Scuba Iguana). The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I bought a pineapple and needed to cut it up the day we left- they helped me do it quickly and gave me a bag to put the pieces in. It was nice to have a small kitchen with a table and a sofa. I would stay there again!

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Ocean Dreams. The hotel is in a good, quiet location about 15 minutes walk to the port. I had a route that passed by pretty flowers and was very pleasant. The hotel is 4 floors and is quite nice and modern, as well as exceptionally clean. The included breakfast was excellent. Staff were kind and helpful, especially the owner was very nice. My room was large, clean, and comfortable. I had a great bed, nice tv, wardrobe and table, and the bathroom was very adequate. There were clean water stations on each floor of the hotel. There is a sea view from the terrace of the top floor which is very pretty. Overall highly recommend and I would stay again.
