Clean and well-run place. Incredible value. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location near many good restaurants and grocery stores. Walking around at night not recommended. Daytime is fine.
Great affordable accommodation near the university. Access to food and public transport. Comfortable beds, high ceilings, and great showers.

Great location, good breakfast, overall quiet, very secure, close to lots of restaurants and cafes and walking distance to Mariscal and the artists market.
For me the location is perfect, close sights and shopping but not in the party zone. Easy to walk all around safely. It is quiet overall except for some dogs and occasional car alarms but we always travel with a small fan, white noise machine, or an app to tune that out. Near to many good restaurants and coffee shops. Secured parking and good breakfast included.
