Un accueil très chaleureux de Malle. Elle est très attentionnée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le studio est calme, spacieux, bien équipée, pas loin du centre ville
A 2,5 km du centre ville de Tartu, dans une impasse, proche d'une rue assez passante et d'un supermarché.
Malle met à disposition l'étage de sa maison pour une location de studio refait à neuf. Parking dans l'allée de la maison. Hôte d'une extrême gentillesse et attentionnée. Fait tout pour satisfaire les demandes et rendre le séjour confortable. (échange facile en anglais). Beau jardin et balancelle pour prendre un peu l'air.
Cuisine bien équipée, avec en plus un lave linge . Le frigo est juste à l'extérieur du studio, sur le palier, au même étage donc. Avantage : on ne l'entend pas la nuit.
Il fait un peu chaud au 1er étage, mais les fenêtres du studio et du palier permettent une bonne aération.
La nuit, le double vitrage rend l'espace totalement silencieux. Lit double assez grand, avec draps soyeux.
Wifi et propreté ok.
Bon rapport qualité prix.

I recommend this studio strongly. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. She spoke good English which isn't always the case at all in Estonia. The room was very clean and with a kitchen and wash machine. Common toilet and shower room were also clean. Situated in a authentic Estonian neigborhood, it gives you a glimpse to everyday life in Estonia. City center was within a walking distance and there were two grocery stores closeby. Even though this is a kind of home accomodation by nature, there was still enough privacy. The price was also very reasonable.
The studio is a room upstairs in a larger house, with bathroom and toilet downstairs. It was perfect, spacious yet also cosy, with a beautiful view over the garden. It felt very private. The house is tucked back from the main street, so it feels a bit like being in the country, although the city centre is not far away. Pleasant walk to the train station or centre. Our host was lovely and responsive; she was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome.
