Simple cozy room: light, window to the back yard side, quiet (even if you have windows on the street, it's very crowdless and calm street - no traffic, very little people - but still in the citycenter. Everything is so close.
Very soft matrass and good pillows, 2 towels per person.
Tea and sugar were available. As a very nice bonus - earplugs (the room was very close to the entrance, so was a bit noise from coming/leaving guests)
Easy to find, good instructions for check in/out.
She is very responsible, and emotional. We had an issue. Then her behaviors in solving it were appreciated.
Good location, everything is clean, good wifi connection, reasonably quiet, decent price
Superb location: right in the Old Town and also close to the harbor (~1500m), really helpful staff. Shared fridge is provided, clear instructions.
The size of the room is more than adequate. Bathroom layout is also great. The couch provided is also an added bonus after a tired day of walking around the historic town and outlying sites.
