Great location, excellent hotel. We booked the business suite which was super spacious and comfortable with two rooms and included a private sauna and hot tub. Parking was super convenient in an on-site parking lot. Highly recommended if visiting Narva.
nice breeakfast offered - good variety, staff was very helpful
We stayed in the most expensive room available, and the room was really big, including own private sauna. The breakfast was ok. Parking was easy. Check in, was fast, but could have been faster. Staff and restaurant are polite. The hotel is very close to the castle, its by walking distance.
The hotel was clean, in a great location (close to the castle) and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
