Food at downstairs restaurant was great and the location is in the center of Kärdla. Breakfast had good selection and was very good. People were friendly.

Mamma Mia have their own restaurant, delicious food, friendly and kind staff. We do recommend both hotel and restaurant.
Breakfast has limited selection but all you need for a good start is available - eggs, bacon, coffee and selection of cheeses and ham. All options offered are good quality.
