Very nice small apartment with everything needed (even a variety of shampoos and coffee, tea, candies from the owner). Very clean. In reality looks better than in the pictures, pictures are probably taken before (there is a double bed for example instead of a single bed in the picture).
The owner is very forthcoming and willing to assist with the property, to include upgrading necessary utilities, to include replacing water heaster for bigger and more efficient, as well as, installing better fridge.
