I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is great, with easy access to local transport and an airport shuttle. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious.
Fantastic hotel, huge rooms, comfortable, super clean and super comfortable bed. The staff goes above and beyond to help you. The restaurant has a good selection and very generous portions. The burger is excellent! I highly recommend this hotel, and the entire Tigray region. Another gem that Ethiopia has to offer.
Centrally located in town. There is an in-house restaurant that was convenient and reasonably priced. The room was very large, beyond expectations. The staff was helpful in calling for a taxi to go to the airport. Unfortunately there seems to be some miscommunication and we thought they would pay for the taxi but when we reached the airport we found out it was not paid and we had to pay.
The staff are super polite and very supportive. The rooms have a spacious space, place very close to many shops, Bars around and easy to walk.
Manager tried his best to entertain us and make us more comfortable.
