The Ganderak Guest House prepares a hearty breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. every morning. Toast, fried eggs and bacon, six or more fresh seasonal fruit salad bars are available, and you can choose Americano coffee or soup. If guests arrive earlier than check-in time, baggage storage is free of charge at the reception desk. Jeju International Airport is a 15-minute drive away, and Yongduam, Yongduam, and Iho Teu Beach are a 20-minute drive away. It is also close to the Hallasan Mountain hiking trail, so it is good to climb to the top of Hallasan Mountain. Guests can request the use of barbecue facilities or arrangement of shuttle services at a surcharge. Luggage storage is available free of charge at the reception desk. Clean, well equipped. Has a smart toilet, which is rare to see in lower budget accommodations in Korea. Nice lounge area.

Vincent was a great host. The place was clean and quiet. It is not near touristy spots but it has a major bus station you can take so you can get to anywhere in Jeju. But most attractions are an hour bus ride.

Vincent and his wife are taking care of this place properly, I initially stayed one week then extended to one more month. Bathrooms and common places are cleaned every day, there’s a common place for socialization, is slightly away from center but you can take a bus to everywhere, there’s a kitchen and close by grocery store (aside from conbinis). There’s a nearby coin laundry as well. I’m glad I stayed and hope to come back . Thanks!

Good area convenient to bus stops. I just stayed one night to arrive from the airport and hike Hallasan in the morning. The owners were really nice for the short stay. There were curtains on the bunks and a full kitchen to use

The room was comfy and very clean. I felt at home. One of the best things about staying at Ganderak was the breakfast; it was great to start the day with a good meal among books.
