The location is excellent, right above Hongik University Station. The owner is very responsive and answered all questions we had. The apartment is very roomy and affordable, considering how high of a premium is placed on space, especially in the greater Seoul area.
clean and very nice location with a lot of dining options and Hongdae street in walking distance.
The location is amazing!just next to the metro and you can take the elevator in b1 where is in the metro,so you don’t need to carry your luggage by climbing the stairs!
