Sweet hotel staff!! (10/10 +another 10 bonus points) Courteous and helpful! 24hr front desk helped to makes the place feel safe, which is an important factor for lodging. Unbeknownst to me when I booked, the location is apparently in downtown Incheon (someone said), so the streets are lined with delicious looking eateries, convenience stores, etc. I wanted to eat at all the places. Thus the evening dinner scenes around the hotel are lively, fun and busy. (But the negative would be that they all hang out on the street and smoke.)

Mistakenly booked the Hotel Soulhada in Incheon. The hotel staff called them, transferred my reservation over for essentially the same rate. Phew! Also, when I checked out, I left my bags so I could grab lunch, and the cleaning staff found my earbugs and left them at the front desk for me! Cannot say enough about how well they took care of me! Location was central in Gangnam - very close to 2 stations.
