I stayed here with my family for the New Year's eve countdown at DDP. The family room was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 children. The location was easy to find and near the subway station, restaurants and malls. The staff was friendly and basic necessities were provided.
Austin at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I was not prepared for the rainy season, and he gave me an umbrella! His English was very good also, which definitely helped communication.
Austin who speaks English very well was a great host helping us with information for transportation, finding nearby ATM (need cash for the airport limousine) to the airport for early departure, providing complimentary water and communal laundry and kitchen use.
Austin made the stay a 5 star.
The location is very close to bus and train stations with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The host Austin was very friendly and helpful.
Great value for the price
The hotel was really central and so close to the subway. Rooms were clean and bathrooms had powerful shower. There was a problem with the booking when we arrived and Austin went above and beyond to rectify the issue. He was friendly and accommodating and had very good English. Thanks to him we had a lovely stay.
