Outstanding customer service, perfect location and amazing cost/value.

Location was outstanding with amazing street food right outside! The room was large and the bathrooms were clean! The staff was super nice and very helpful. They helped us book taxis and made our stay special! Highly recommended!

The location of Hotel 28 is excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Seoul and looking for a lively and central location. The hotel staff are exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. The hotels movie theme is unique and we enjoyed looking at the gallery. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shopping opportunities nearby. The hotel is also located near the subway and bus stops making for easy travel around the city. The hotel stocks the free mini bar with water, beverages, and snacks daily. We did not experience any street noise at night despite the warnings.

I always book the same room, the deluxe double room. The interior is very nice, there is a fridge with free drinks, a Nespresso Coffee machine, the shower is big and has Molton Brown shower products.

Breakfast was more than what we expected. The staff delivered a 5 Star customer service approach every day without fail. They were courteous, attentive and genuine. The food was delicious and healthy which left us wanting to return daily. The location was centralized and convenient which fit all and more of our needs throughout our stay. Our room was perfect! Not too big and not too small, JUST RIGHT. The laundry facility was convenientIy located on the top floor which allowed us to wash & dry our clothes, before leaving to our next destination on our trip.
