Historic building in the heart of old town. Beautiful campus. Large room
Super cool to stay in a Hanok during our trip. Wouldn't stay here for more than a night though as the bedding is traditional style floor futons and very rigid pillows. The bathroom is also Korean traditional style where the shower, toilet, and sink are all one wet room. Loved the location, is right in a great walking neighborhood and super close to the tombs. Easy to get a taxi or uber to elsewhere in Gyeongju for other site seeing. They also have Hanboks for you to try on and wear on the property if you wish.
This beautiful and historic property is right in the heart of the area of preserved tombs of kings. It also is beside the busy tourist area of restaurants and shops so it's easy to walk to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even offered to take pictures of me in my hanbok on the property. You can rent hanbok there as well and for a small fee buy food to feed the koi in their little pond. They do have some
English capabilities which was so helpful.
Super unique place to stay! The front desk was very friendly in helping us check in. The beds are comfortable by doubling up the mats (three provided).
