Despite a few complaints, I have to say that if you want a cheap, comfortable, and mostly clean place to stay in Jamsil, you aren't going to do any better (at least if you're a man). The staff is very friendly, the location is excellent (close to line 2 and many restaurants), and the hotel is well worth your consideration. Just be sure that you don't mind walking up stairs, especially if you're on the top floor.

The host was very attentive and kind. It's nice to have a private toilet and shower in the room. It was nice that it was very close to Lotte Tower, Olympic Park and Seokchon Lake.

Absolutely perfect for a low-budget travel. And right next to Lotte Tower. Very satisfied.

Best location at a budget price. Very small room and bathroom but it's everything you need to sleep and rest. If you are ok with a small bed in a small space then this hotel is perfect. As the location is as good as it gets. (I'm over 6 foot tall and stayed for 17 nights). The best of everything is right outside the door. And then only a short beautiful walk to Lotte World Mall and Jamsil station which will take you everything you want to go, in Seoul and beyond, using the subway. W The communal washing machine and dryer was so handy. As was the common kitchen that is on every floor. I hardly saw or heard other guests but the few I met were very friendly. Make sure you go up to the rood to see the view of Lotte Tower and surrounding apartments and street below. The restaurants outside are incredible. I will be going back for more long stays here again. So good.
