My third time in South Korea and my first time staying in Gyeonggi. The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained. Less crowded compared to the city centre, nice neighbourhood and we had a great local experience. 10 mins walk to the nearest bus stop, but we chose uber and k-ride instead, because of elderly parents. No stairs, non-hilly area and great for walks (there's small stream, jogging track and park nearby). Location 40 mins from ICN and an hour from the main tourist attractions. It was our opt by the way since we arrived late night and to catch very early morning flight home. Superb host, fast response.

Good and high quality location in the new area. Quiet, safe, perfect size and disposition of the apartment, good equipped, coinvent stores and restaurants around.

It was spacious and comfortable. Excellent kitchen. The area is very nice and away from the busy city.

We really enjoyed how spacious the house was and the facilities provided - especially the washing machine which can fit up to 15 kg!! Another thing worth mentioning would be the house noise isolation that helped us have a very good sleep! Thank you so much for the stay :)
