Staff great and helpful. We were very kindly allowed to check-in early, and after our water bottle was mistakenly taken by the cleaners the evening guy managed to recover it for us (presumably by going through the bins), that was definitely going beyond his duty so we thank him for that.
Room was very spacious and clean, with a massive bath, desks, tables, 4 pillows and large comfortable bed. Wifi was fine.
Breakfast was bread (with a toaster), sachets of jam, unlimited coffee, orange flavoured drink, pot noodles, and eggs with a hot plate to cook yourself.
Great central location for exploring Jinju.
Overall, we thought our stay was great value compared with other places we've stayed in South Korea.
Nice staff, big, comfortable rooms, great bathroom. Very conveniently located.
Breakfast was quite limited: eggs and toast, unless you enjoy Korean food for breakfast - I ate eggs and toast. The location was good for evening places to eat and drink and not too far from Jinjuseong (Castle)
I really liked the kindness of staff, I had a problem with my car and they were very helpful. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The room was warm. The bathroom is in the room despite the annouce says it is not. Of course, it is a Carlton Hotel, it would be strange the room has not private bathroom. The place is close to numerous place to visit I had in my plan and close to the hotel there are many restaurants. It is perfect if you travel by car.
I would like to thank the receptionist and her husband for all the help they gave me, over and above the call of duty. The room and bathroom were large, very comfortable with all amenities.
