The room was large, quiet, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were incredible! From the concierge, to reception and housekeeping! Everyone we encountered went above and beyond any expectations! A special shout out to Summer who completely went out of her way to help us get baseball tickets and to the Moroccan born housekeeper (so sorry we forget her name) who made us feel like we were at home!
The hotel is situated in a shopping mall which has so many options for delicious food and great shopping as well as other entertainment like movies and aquarium! It’s also well connected to the metro line and everything is very well signed so makes it really easy to get around! There is also a gorgeous bakery attached to the hotel with delicious pastries.

Fantastic location, connected to a large mall, department store and subway. We had a 2 bedroom suite and we had plenty of room. The furnishings are quite dated but functional. The one thing we missed was a coffee maker (like Nespresso) which seems to be a standard almost everywhere these days
Good choices for breakfast, and the variety each day was great
Great location. Right next to Coex was perfect. Rooms are extra spacious. Everything was great.
