Basically everything. Great value. Good ownership with well maintenance and service.
The room is so clean and the location is convenient. I study at a nearby university so it's perfect for me whenever I need a place to stay. The owners are kind and really accommodating too.
Location is close to train station and several restaurants and shops. Easy self check-in. Fast reply by staff for any inquiries.
On the day of check in, I received a message with all the information needed for a self checkin. Although I never met any staff, the person who texted me seemed very organized and attentive.
The SB house is located in a very nice neighborhood, it felt very safe to walk around even at night. The nearest subway station is 5 min walk and it's only 3 stops away from Suwon station where there are trains going to Seoul and Busan. There are restaurants and convenience stores within 3 minutes walk.
I stayed in a single room and it was just like in the photos.
The room has a big window with lots of sunlight coming in, it also has double glass so it blocks any noise coming from the street. The room, bed, bathroom were very clean.
It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
