It's almost too good. Very nice view, location and very kind staff.
I had a few problems not related to the hotel, but the staff went out of their way to help me. I do not speak Korean but they spoke quite well.
The reception is close from 11:00pm to 6:00am so we really appreciate the receptionist waiting for us until midnight to check us in. She was also very helpful giving us tips where to eat around the area. The hotel is modern and clean.
The room is clean and bright. The view is good looking at the sea. Washing machine is my favorite.
Clean and spacious hotel, seems like it was rebranded/refurbished from a previous hotel, so most things felt new and clean. Our rooms came with a washer - they sell laundry detergent pods at reception and you can also borrow drying racks to hang your clothes. Toilet has a functioning rain shower and has counter space to put stuff.
Convenient location if you drive - it’s in the middle between Seogwipo city and Jungmun, so it helps to break the driving time up.
Overall a great place/ great value
