Everything was amazing. The staff, the facilities, the room and the VIEW!
The staff is very professional, very helpful and well English spoken as for location the hotel is next to huge mall which provides all essentials while there is beautiful park on lake in front of the hotel which beautiful for morning walk if the weather helps. The hotel is located around 30 min by car to the old town, but I'm glad we stayed that far as the hotel located in quite area and high class
The location of the hotel was only 10 minutes walk to Lotte World where we enjoyed a day in the part. Right next to the hotel was the Lotte Mall where you could basically find all types of shops from luxury brands to Korean popular shops. Food nearby was also fatastic.
The hotel and the room were very clean and new. Staff was warm and welcoming.
We also enjoyed the pool at the hotel a lot.
