Room was very spacious. One pot, one saucepan was available for cooking
Unit at Sono Felice was large clean comfortable and nice. Check in was fast and peaceful. Staff understands English well enough so communication was easy. Better than Sono Tower B that we stayed in a few years back, - room theren was more basic, check in was quite chaotic and a hassle as staff did not understand English.
Need to take shuttle bus to the ski slopes but they provide free shuttle bus that comes every few minutes. Just that bus is a small van, so if it fills up fast and just have to wait for the next one.
The place is very spacious and within vivladu park
The resort is beautiful! So many things to do and explore. The staff was gracious and kind, and the food on site was excellent. There were so many choices and it did not seem overpriced as so many higher end resorts are prone to do. My family regretted only booking two nights--we should have booked an entire week to do all the things there!
Convenience - there's a shuttle bus to Sono Moon, which is a few steps away from the ski resort. Would have been perfect if it went straight to the ticketing entrance.
Privacy - only two units per floor, and just a few floors per building.
